This recently upgraded four bedroom, three and 3/4 bath townhome has an indoor hot tub and a two car garage. It's conveniently located less than a mile east of Vail Village, and is also on the Town of Vail free shuttle route. This wonderful location is nestled up against a beautiful wooded area that makes you truly feel like you are in the mountains.
The first floor entry leads to one of four bedrooms, with a double bed a bathroom with shower and its own sitting area and sleeper sofa with TV/VCR.
The main living area has all new furnishings 2007 and is on the second level that features a large sunken living room, with picture windows, and a balcony with a gas grill. There is a television, VCR, DVD, gas fireplace, and powder room. The dining room has a table that seats eight and a breakfast bar (seats 4) separates this room from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a television. There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen that houses a full size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with all new furnishings, flat screen TV/DVD and private bathroom. The second bedroom has new furnishings with two twins beds and TV. The third bedroom also has all new furnishings with a queen size bed and new television. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a four person hot tub conveniently located off the third floor hallway which makes it easily accessible to all. The room has large windows and a skylight.
