This four bedroom, three and 3/4 bath townhome is conveniently located less than a mile east of the Village and is on the Town of Vail free shuttle route. The Townhome exterior was renovated in the Summer of 2003 and the interior was renovated 2006/2007 this particular townhome is nestled up closely to White River National Forest giving everyone a true Colorado mountain feeling.

The first floor, entry level, has a large bedroom with two trundle beds and one bunk bed (six twins total), television, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a two car garage and additional reserved parking outside the garage.

The main living area is located on the second floor which features a spacious sunken living room, picture windows and a private balcony. There is a television, DVD player, stereo, wood burning fireplace, and a full bathroom. The dining room has a table that seats at least eight. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar that accommodates four. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer off the kitchen.

The remaining three bedrooms are located on the third level. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath with double sinks in the vanity, a large shower and separate commode. The second and third bedrooms both have king size beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom off the main hallway. There's also an indoor hot tub on this floor. All bedrooms have televisions.
