This is a four bedroom, three and a half bath townhome with a two car garage. It's conveniently located less than a mile east of Vail Village, and is also on the Town of Vail free shuttle route. This wonderful location is in the prestigious Vail Golfcourse area and the townhomes have had an exterior remodel.
The first floor entry leads to one of four bedrooms, with 2 twin beds (which can be made into a king) plus one bunk bed, a private bathroom and a 40" LCD High Definition television and a DVD player. A two car garage and front door entry is also located on the first level.
The main living area is on the second level and features a large sunken living room, with wonderful windows, vaulted ceilings and a lovely balcony. The unit is equipped with wireless internet and has a large back deck with a BBQ grill. There is a 40" LCD High Definition television, VCR and DVD, gas fireplace, and powder room. The dining room has a table that seats eight and a breakfast bar (seats 4) separates this room from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and is next to the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, HD Flat screen television and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed and a HD Flat screen television and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
