This is a four bedroom, four bath townhome with an indoor hot tub. It's conveniently located approximately one mile east of Vail Village, and is also on the Town of Vail free shuttle route.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the third level. The master bedroom has a king size bed, television, and amazing Gore Range Views. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds (which can be made into a king upon request), a television, and two rollaway beds in the closet for extra beds. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and television. These two bedrooms share a full bath off the hallway. There is an indoor private four person hot tub located on the top floor with a picture window with Gore Range views and skylight. The first level has a two car garage and an additional bedroom. This bedroom has two twins, a television, VCR, and a private bathroom with a large steam shower.

The main living area is located on the second level. There is large sunken living room with high ceilings, large windows, and a balcony with incredible views. This room has a television, VCR, gas fireplace, sleeper sofa and full bathroom. A small wet bar connects the living room and dining area. The dining room table seats eight and the breakfast bar accommodates three. French doors lead out to a large private deck with a gas grill in the backyard. The kitchen if fully equipped and even has a mounted television. A separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer just off the kitchen.
