This recently upgraded four bedroom, four bath townhome has an indoor hot tub and a two car garage. It's conveniently located a mile east of Vail Village, and is also on the Town of Vail free shuttle route. This wonderful location is nestled up against a beautiful wooded area that makes you truly feel like you are in the mountains.

The first floor entry leads to one of four bedrooms. This bedroom suite features a Queen bed and a bathroom with a shower.

The main living area is on the second level and features a large sunken living room, with picture windows, and a balcony. There is a television, VCR, DVD, wood fireplace, and a full bathroom. The dining room has a table that seats eight and a breakfast bar (seats 4) separates this room from the kitchen. Off the dining room is a large deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and new appliances. There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen that houses a full size washer and dryer.
